Route & Dates

This will be more detailed closer to the time but here are some details.

Beginning in the eastern town of Lowestoft on the morning of Friday the 7th of May. From there we will be taking A and B roads down to Henrys campsite at The Lizard. This is the most southerly point of the UK and will be our first nights stay.

Saturday morning will see us set off bright and early, firstly to Lands End and then on and up to the Cheshire town of Northwich. Here we will camp for the Saturday and Sunday night while visiting the famous Thundersprint classic motorcycle race. While there i will be parading in the Thundersprint cavalcade laps around the town alongside some of the most beautiful classic motorcycles known to man.

Monday will begin taking us North towards the South West of Scotland, Castle Douglas and then onwards along some beautiful, quiet and scenic Dumfriesshire roads. From here onwards the journey will be more relaxed, allowing us time to take in more of the sites, stop and visit places and generally soak up the ride. If we reach the western point past ardnamurchan this day then we will camp there. If not we will find a suitable resting spot enroute. After Ardnamurchan we will carry on North, possibly round Sky and then past Loch Kishorn and upwards through the Torridons to Gairloch. Gairloch to Ullapool takes us round a beautiful coastal road before following the Northwest of the country up to the finish at Dunnet head. At the very latest we will arrive in Dunnet head by the Thursday.
